- Network Business Computing is therefore very, very price competitive. We have a minimum one hour charge for onsite work, and bill in 15 minute increments after that. There are no “extra” charges – for travel, weekend, or “emergency” work, for example.
- Most of our clients are on a monthly service plan, whereby we perform onsite/remote work for a predictable number of hours each month. This allows us to proactively manage the client’s network, and help insure continuous network operating stability.
- The service plans range from four contracted monthly hours of onsite/remote service, to 16+ hour plans. Each plan has a reduced hourly rate commensurate with the total number of monthly hours required. The more hours provided, the lower the rate. For those customers requiring more than 16 hours of monthly service, the rate is negotiable.
- A Service Log is provided, along with a monthly invoice, to each service plan client – identifying date, work performed, and associated hours.
