Welcome to NBC’s Remote Support. From here, NBC can remotely control your PC so that we can troubleshoot
your problem while it is happening, watching you as you try to perform the task(s) giving you trouble.
To use this Remote Support tool, please call Network Business Computing at 612-NETWORK
(638-9675). The responding technician will instruct you to click on the appropriate
link to install the remote tool on your PC. At the end of the session, the remote
tool is completely uninstalled from your PC, and NBC cannot connect to your PC unless
you once again come to our site to download the remote tool.
Instructions:
-Click on the Session to the right as stipulated by the technician.
-When viewing a “File Download Security Warning,” click on “Run” or” Open.”
-You will likely also see an” Internet Explorer Security Warning;” if so, click
on “Run” or” Open.”
-You will be prompted to enter your name and address; do so and then click “Next.”
-You will be prompted to enter your email address and phone number; do so and then
click “Next.”
-You will be prompted to select your remote session; the technician will tell you
which session to select; then click “Connect.”
-The technician will accept your remote session, and will now be able to watch or
control your PC.
